The Temple is dedicated to Lord Kalyana\u00a0Venkateswara, an aspect of\u00a0Lord Vishnu.The temple is situated near puttur.\u00a0According to legend, it is believed that Lord Venkateswara married\u00a0Padmavati\u00a0at this place and then went to\u00a0Tirumala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Narayanavanam\u00a0was then ruled by the great King Akasaraja. \u00a0Akasaraja conducted the marriage of his daughter\u00a0Padmavati, at this holy place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The temple was established in the year 1541 AD and\u00a0it was renovated and reconstructed several times. The main gopuram was constructed by the king Sri Krishna DevaRaya. The second gopuram was constructed by the king Sri VeeraNarasimha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The temple is being administered by\u00a0Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam. The temple timings are: From 6.00 A.M to 8.00 P.M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poojas and Festivals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daily poojas are performed in this temple and during the Tamil month of margazhi, lot of devotees would throng  this temple to have the glimpse of the god and the goddess. Annual Brahmotsavam is grandly celebrated in this temple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is believed that those unmarried people, who worship the divine deities in this temple, will soon get married and will have a blessed life. They will also be blessed with good children and get all the prosperity in their life. Their life will blossom like a lotus flower and reach the upper level in their life.
