He was born as a prince, Got married and had son. He got depressed in his life by seeing certain incidents , such as a dead man, an old man and a person suffering from disease. Due to that, he wanted to adopt Sainthood in order to get himself liberated from the chain of life cycle. He lived a saintly life, by taking alms and without enjoying any comforts and luxuries in his life. It is also believed that through his yogic powers, he went to the divine places of the gods. In order to spread his teachings and to popularize his Buddhism religion, he has got ten main disciples and through them, the religion of Buddhism was flourished in many foreign countries and also in india.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;Ten\nMain Disciples&nbsp;of&nbsp;Lord\nBuddha&nbsp;are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sariputra<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Moggallana<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Mahakasyapa<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>After Lord Buddha, he became the leadership of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.burmese-art.com\/blog\/sangha\">Sangha<\/a>.He preached the teachings and sutras of\u00a0<strong>Buddha<\/strong>.\u00a0He\u00a0is also called as the \u201c<strong>father of sangha<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.<strong>Subhuti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>Purna<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. <strong>Katyayana<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.<strong>Anuradha<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anuradha<\/strong>\u00a0was a relative of\u00a0<strong>Buddha<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. <strong>Upali<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. <strong>Rahula<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Rahula\u00a0<\/strong>was the son of\u00a0Buddha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. <strong>Ananda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ananda\u00a0<\/strong>was the cousin of\u00a0Lord Buddha\u00a0.
